I see this is very old, but for future reference.
I would check or replace the driver chip for the mosfets and make sure all mosfets are good before attempting to power on.
Powering up with a small lab power supply at first is a good idea.
I bought two 0-160VDC Siemens lab PSUs really cheaply and with those I can get any symmetric voltage for a solid state amp, as long as current consumption is low
