With what PIV and current ratings?

If you don't mind breaking "rules", you could use one of the smaller 6.3v jobs that were designed for car radios. They will tolerate a pretty wide range of heater voltages. The 6x4, for instance is rated from 5 to 8 volts, http://www.mif.pg.gda.pl/homepages/frank/sheets/137/6/6X4.pdf. Should be ok, especially if your 5v winding is rated for higher current and puts out a little more than 5v.
