Mine is a naked setup so no pix of a finished amp as of yet from me. But you can use a 300mm x 100mm heatsinks with 30mm fin depth for one channel. You can contact the following website for heatsinks with any dimensions for a custom design: Akash Heatsinks
the first 2 listed are 600va, should be good for 2 channels , the third one is 300va, good for one channel only, but it's up to you the way you will build it.

Humm... I have 204 X 100 mm heatsinks with 42 mm fins

Transistor matching
Also how bad it would be if we don't use matched transistors. If I buy in 100's, not sure what will I do for with the rest of the transistors
Hi Shaan, I see the BOM values for transistors are in B classification, to what range are we expecting HFE's to be and how close do they need to be matched.Is it possible to provide matched Q1/Q2 and Q9/Q10 as well?
