Passive Analog Line Level Splitter Help

Greetings all!

I am seeking some opinions and guidance with creating a passive analog line level splitter. The application is to feed a rack of 8 camera ccu units with a single channel pgm audio feed for their intercom systems.
Can I just 8 way "Y" split the signal or do I need to transformer isolate things?
Is this doable without individually transformering each output?
Like would having an input and direct loop out, then a iso transformer feeding on to the 8 split outs.

Audio signal sources are low impedance (often 100 ohms), and signal destinations are high impedance (47k or 10k), so fanout is large, simply Y-connect. There might be other reasons for wanting galvanic isolation, but that's a separate issue to splitting - if a single cable works as is for each destination, simply Y-splitter should be OK.

If the distances involved are large, or more than one building is involved, I'd recommend differential signalling in the first place anyway.
