As some of you know, I am very reluctant to
leave my cave, and do not make appearances.

For the first time in some years I will personally
be present at CES at the Pass Labs room at the
Alexis Park on Friday and Saturday, January 10 and 11.

New Surprise Product!

DIYers are welcome to stop by.

Technically, you should go to CES and act like you're
part of the industry and give them some money for a
badge. They charge like $30 or so. A business card,
bogus or real, is adequate credential.

Having said that, the security at the high end part of the
show is quite loose, and it is the local opinion that you
can sneak in easily enough.

;)

Sounds great...going to be there myself

Mr Pass.

Good day sir, my name is Rino Odorico. I will also be attending at the CES show this coming Jan. Though the company I work for is of a 12volt nature (don't worry, it's a respected one). I have a real passion for Home Audio and DIY projects. Over the past few months I have grown leaps and bounds with respect to DIY projects. I fully enjoy browzing your website as well as reading any of your posts. If possible, I would like to thank you for your efforts of sharing/teaching your projects/knowledge with all of us.

(and don't worry, I'm not a phsyco...I will not try to boil your cat or anything to that nature. I just love to learn anything I can about technology)

After all, this is a hobbie, that for most of us consumes a major part of our lives. And for some of us lucky enough, a job.

Yes it may seem like a job somtimes, but you have to admit it...we all still enjoy going to work in the morning!

Regards,
Rino Odorico

Perhaps Pons and Fleischman will be making a guest appearance?

Stock up on Palladium! Its a Cold-Fusion Amplifier!

One things for sure - I bet its more exciting than "IT" AKA Segway!

P.S. Nelson, I saw the new "Solaris" today. It was really rather good. The entire first hour of the Tarkovsky version is gone, making it much more expedient, but artful nonetheless.

I wonder...

Nelson posted this a while back...

"I like the 3310's a lot. I'm building a small computer
with 20,000 of them. Gates biased single-ended with
resistors.

Not kidding."

To me, the question is one of application....

Just a guess and fun to think about anyway...
