coming back from Frickelfest-
complete disaster;
my Multisync Monitor does not Sync anymore.
1GB Ram (of 4) passed out, an ugly "config-sys." is missing.
After fixing this, no more access to LAN/Internet.
Now i need to install a spare Board...
Meantime, i'm sittin' in front of my Son's cheesiest PC in the world.
Back to Topic;
first Batch of Hammonds arrived last week.
DHL-guy nearly collapsed in my stairway.
Todays afternoon i'll meet my Carton man and buy fitting boxes
for shipping.
Remember, weight is an issue...
I think by the end of this week i will be able to send about a 1/3rd
of it all.
Supplier says, roudabout 2 weeks of patience for the rest of those
Hammonds.

What kind of OS do u use WIN XP, WIN7 ?
I can guide u to fully restore ur previous setup of ur workable os.

it would be a lot easier for all of us to continue to wait for the GB, if you would send out a quick status once per week, so that we have at least an idea of whats (not) going on.
I fully understand that it's a lot of work to handle a GB of that dimension. To make sure that parts in the required quanities are available, then the sorting repacking and making shure the suppliers really shipped what was ordered etc. etc.
But still it's helpfull to have a little "heartbeart" for those profiting from your work.
Please consider doing so...

i am still pounding on my pc to bring it back to life.
The rest of the Hammonds arrived this week.
Besides the pc-problem there is a little problem with
the Vishay power resitors, but i am working on it.....
Bought the shipping boxes, packed a test box.
5250 gramms !
Now i have to recheck the shipping rates...
Btw. what does AWOL mean ?
So i think by the end of comming week the first will be the first.

to keep the shpping costs at the price we expected.
What i am now looking for is one in the US who lives
near to a bigger cargo-airport and is willing to pick
up about 9 parcels and send them further down the road.
