I always liked this design for the Lab 12.
But maybe you already know about it.

I see some problems with it:
1. Cross-section appears to be pinched on the first 180 degree turn after S1
2. Cross-section seems off on second 180 degree turn after S1
3. Is correct expansion followed at the top of the horn?
4. Bracing?
Eg is the amplifier output voltage.
Just to clarify -
The amplifier is considered to be an ideal voltage source Eg in series with an internal resistance Rg (also known as the output resistance).
Eg = Amplifier open circuit root-mean-square voltage.
Rg = Amplifier output resistance.
When the amplifier is connected to a load -
Eg will be the amplifier output voltage only if Rg is zero.
If Rg is non-zero, the amplifier output voltage will be less than Eg.
Slowly moving!
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
I'm jealous of that CNC!!!Slowly moving!An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
