The +ve supply models differently from -ve supply.
It's that difference that I am asking about.
Does the Nchannel in the -ve supply account for some, or all, of that difference in polarity performance?
That is just simulation, I used IRF640/9640 or IRF540/9540 in real PS, but you know that there is not perfect complementary BJTs or MOSFETs. I did not measured the output impedance in real PS, but for sure there are some insignificant differences between + and - output.

I have kept some of the resistors high wattage to make it work with higher voltage supplies also, I need one for a tube pre B+ of about 100v also.
Please let me know if something can be improved in this.
