from #1 leg transistor to the other #1 leg transistor 2nd one im getting 94.9 on the hot side and
95.0 on the good side

Did you play it long enough when you swapped transistors from the other side to know if it was getting hot?

no i didnt long enough to know it was playing cause before all this there was no sound coming from the channel when it was blown so i figured when i swapped them it was playing it was working

also i noticed when i hooked up the left and right inputs (RCA'S) with the speakers disconnected now the transformer coil is whinning

actually id say it sounds more like a trickling sound

I spent about 2 hours reworking the board and made sure all the solders were good for all the parts that looked like there was lacks of solder on the board add solder to alot of components making sure there was no shorts or open connections because my cobalt 230 had a sound channel out come to find out one of the resistor came detached off the board causing the whole channel not to work so i wanted to make sure everything had a good solder.

I did tighten the transistors down where they were getting hot it takes longer to get hot but it still seems to be getting way to hot when the other side is nice and cool and nothing is hooked up when i tested the theory.

Measure the resistance between the two legs of the adjacent 45N10s on the hot side. If you read ~0 ohms and still have significantly greater voltage across the resistor for one of the 45N10s, the 45N10 connected to the resistor that has the greatest voltage across it may be leaky. You'd need to remove it and check it carefully.

are trying to tell me to measure the same legs of the 2 4510 transistors that are next to each one probe on the left leg of the one and the other probe on the left leg of the second 4510?

Sorry. That should have read 'between the two source legs'.

Measure between the 3rd legs of the two adjacent 45N10s on the hot side.

do you want that the reading under power or no power?

I guess it didnt matter there the same power or no power heres what i did i probed the 3 leg from left to right on each chip with the reading of

1.4 -.7ohms hot side
1.4 -.7ohms on the good side

1.4 is where it started the reasing then it counted down to .7 ohms and sat there for both sides

Remove and check the 45N10 with the greater voltage across it's source resistor.

i dont know if this helps any but the resistence between the channel outputs are 26.8 ohms on the right side the left side which i believe is the hot side it putting out 23.8 ohms

You only need to remove and check the 45N10 that is connected to the large source resistor that had the greatest voltage across it.

so remove the 45n10 transistor and recheck the voltage between the resistor and where transistor lead on the board is located - the transistor installed?

No. Remove the transistor and check the transistor.
