I'm currently using opt from Jack Elliano's Electra Print for my 300B SE amp. I recommended it very highly. The sounds neutral and very tight and deep bass.
I believe Jack will give you reasonable price/performance and also reasonable shipping cost.

I never heard amp using James opt but many times I read the opt are highly regarded for the performance vs low price.
