Opinions Wanted on Dual 12" Subwoofer Project

I've never experimented with an active passive, but to my way of thinking, a passive is a passive is a passive, so input the 12" as a passive, i.e. with only its Vas and Fs, then either calc the added mass if required to get the desired response or adjust it experimentally.

Since the 'passive' is a mechanical representation of a long cylindrical vent, the cab design will be based on the 10".

I thank the administration for reopening this topic.

I got two Speakerlab W1208R woofers cheaply in original boxes. The drivers are on appearance NOS, probably never used and in solid condition.

The measured TS parameters and the simulation say that bass reflex boxes with a volume of about 70l are suitable for them.

The plan is to do either two active subwoofers, or a large 3-way box similar to the KEF105/B&W801.

Does anyone have any other ideas on what to do with this?

I'm going to replace these rings to make them look better.
