But I didn't, sadly enough. I didn't like IRFP240/9240 in the Citation 12's I did so I stayed away from those. I didn't have access to the Fairchild versions.

I found a stash of '91-date-coded parts at New Jersey Semiconductor. I don't know what their minimum order is; I got 20 and split them with Dennis.
