Your readings are all over the map. Is this a new build ? I would go over each solder joint and reflow them and also make sure you have the parts correctly oriented before turning it back on. Perhaps Victor will chime in here. Here are the voltages. What should I be looking at? TP28 and TP30 were especially egregious
Thanks Audio Zen.
I emailed Viktor and he called me like 20 mins later! He also thinks it's probably a solder issue. I reflowed everything last night and still no left channel. I haven't rechecked the test points yet. I have yet to check the parts and orientation against the diagram
IDK if it's a new build or not, I bought it assembled.
Viktor also generously offered to look at it at AXPONA if he has time.

Check that the tube pins are covered with solder - on one of my builds my readings were high around the driver tubes. Looking at the pins at angles didnt show 2 pins that were not covered due the the shine from the solder and the pins. I only discovered this after closely looking at it with magnification. Re-soldered and the voltage readings were back on track.
Good luck and keep us posted.
