Linear power MOSFETs offer improved power dissipation
Any takers? Maybe Nelson has already played with them and passed judgement ?
sorry, couldn't resist.

From the linked press release:
Typical applications include linear power supplies, class A amplifiers, electronic loads, programmable resistors and motor control.
Sounds like a part practically made to order. Sadly I wouldn't have the bandwidth to try to build anything until at least the second Tuesday next week.

No real information there...
Those have been listed for at least a couple of months. I stumbled across them by accident a while back while looking at FREDs. The last time I looked, they do not offer P-ch parts. That's not a problem if you intend to build something like an Aleph variant, but it does kinda put the kibosh on any push-pull dreams you might have been nursing.
(No, I haven't tried them yet--no opinion at this time.)
