No need for a diagram!

I use a portable battery car jumper like the one below, it has 2 different power plugs, one is RCA, the other is a cigarette lighter socket. I can use either.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I wire that to the power in on the TPA3116DA board. That's it.

If you want a smaller battery, you could use those smaller boxes that also give 12V, although I'm sure they wouldn't run for 3 days like mine, but you might be ok for a full day with one of the small ones.

It is not a dream.

I have a very portable (although not super small) system with a pair of TABAQs, driven by a small TPA3116D2 with no distortion. I use a 12V emergency battery to power the system and it goes for a long time. Last test was 3 days with music from 9am to 11pm and there was still power to go!

Perceval, because of you I'm building some TABAQs. Which TPA3116D2 amp do you use? I'm reading through all the threads but there is so much information to digest.

Well, some time after my deception I'm planning to rebuild the project with some new ideas.
First of all the battery, Perceval my intention is to have a portable speaker and your solution is so good but not so portable.

With 4 of this can give 14.8Vcc and... 23.200mAh!

You can get 3.7v LiPo's 3000mAhr and a DCtoDC step up and LiPo smart charger PCB.

Compact and will get you up to max 24v if you wanted.

Thanks xrk971, I've now the charger and the dc step up, the BT amp is a good idea but can understand why use the LiPo battery instead the 18650 ones... Is any reason that I donw know? The 18650 are 5800mAh each ones and using 4 of them can give more hours of music than the Lipo ones isnt it?

You can use those batteries. I actually didnt know what an 18650 was until I looked it up. Just anround format still 3.7v Lithium chemistry. The flat ones are nice for thin boxes.

I'm just looking for a new bluetooth amp on aliexpress but no ones fit all my wishes...
Just one TDA7492 with bluetooth can be close to my needs because on some sites people said that have less distortion than the 3116 ones.
Have you know any other board with bluetooth and less than 25$?

Those are all good but I don't know how they can claim 120w for TPA3116. It's a 50w per channel amp at most. Sound quality of 7498 is probably best and is simple without any buttons for pause and play etc. other two have that feature along with speakerphone function.
