Negative impedance is really good for something dangerous for other things, don't ever try to drive electrostatic speaker this way, you'll smoke, as gain rises with falling impedance.

BTW this is not EC, this is a unity gain buffer with 100% feedback

You're right, this is the result of simulation. But even if the actual numbers will be much worse anyway parameters will be high.
As for the negative impedance in the range of minus 0.1 to minus 0.3 has a positive effect on the sound.
