I've come to the conclusion that I'll never finish this or any other projects, so I'm getting rid of all my DIY amplifier components.
For sale as one complete package are the following:
- (2) Polulated Zen 4 Circuit Boards
- (2) Plitron Transformers
- All Zen 4 Transistors & Diodes in Original Shipping Package
- (4) Heat Sinks Bridged Together to Create 2 Chasis
- Dimensioned Aluminum Panels for the Power Supplies (2)
- Power Supply Capacitors and Bridges
None of the components have ever had power applied to them.
To sweeten the deal, I'm also throwing in the following for free!!
- 1 Variac
- 4 Heat Sinks
- 1 Set of Gainclone Boards
- (4) LM3886 Chips
- (2) Panel Mount Power Recepticles
You can have everything for $400 + S&H. The transformers alone are worth $200.

I am interested but a bit confused. I believe the Zen V4 was designed for higher rail voltages than is indicated by the 2x18 Plitrons. Did you change the diode string voltages on the regulator part of the circuit? ... Or maybe the plitrons weren't intended for the Zen V4?
Thanks,
Ryan

The power supply hardware was specified in this document:

Also, the kit was purchased about an hour ago. I had to go back and check on your question. For a minute I thought that I sold the guy the wrong transformers.
