I'm assembling Peter Daniel's LM4780 kit. It comes with two rectifier boards, but I only have one transformer. I read a post in which only one board was used for the LM 3875. Can I use only one? The only way I could do it would be to connect two wires to each one of the V+, PG+, V-, PG-. The LM3875 rectifier has 2 connections for each one. The LM4780 has only one. Appreciate some advice.
Use only one power board as you'll end up getting a ground feed loop.(name?) I tried two power boards with one tranny and I get the buzzing. I'm in the middle of rebuilding and plan on using only one power board per tranny.
There is a thread here on just this and what was done to get rid on the buzzing.

I have now moved to two transformers, which you can do at a later date as a upgrade.
Good luck.
