I just wanted to give an update to this isssue and a HUGE THANK YOU to Sabbelbacke!!!!!!

If it wasn't for him, my DCX would still be pooched!!

He supplied me with the full dump that I was able to burn off...worked like a charm!!! I now have my DCX back and fully functional!!

Again a big thank you Reiner!!!

Hey man. I have the same problem. Could you help me getting a full dump file for my dcx2496.
And maybe help me getting started.
I dont have a eeprom burner. But have a arduino i can use to burn.

Sometimes it is just chipcrawl, push the chip(s) deeper in the socket(s), most of the time you will be able to push it further in.....
