No offense intended, but this is a DIY-forum so I doubt a lot of people here want to help you design a commercial product free of charge. Suggest you either do your own research or pay someone else a fair market rate to do it for you 
EDIT: Oh, and if you want to put a commercial electronics product in a foam enclosure then my recommendation would probably be for the latter approach - US liability laws in this area are particularly nasty as far as I recall.
