There is no mains isolation for the output voltage feedback!

At least 5mm is a must for isolation, between Primary side and secondary side. and some times Air Gap, like drilling the board.

Since I still need more information, Why we need that space, Because of Safety or Circuit performance?

What you have is something that no one has, if you don't like insulation of feedback, then controller has to be on secondary side, and you will probably need to drive fets with trafo, like in PC supplys

also you created: secondary - output rail to be gnd of ic, and also you said that -65v will be gnd with that, so then 0 will be +65, and +65 will be another 65v higher, not really how you do things, if this would even work

Output ground being live, at -320V DC in relation to safety ground during the negative peaks of the AC input maybe?
