Also video of this head amp working

Nice!

I wanted to get a headphone amp, but the one I like is crazy-expensive... (AU$6000). I narrowed down a few DIY options.... but that will have to wait due to my work&family obligations.

In a meantime, this is my current "headphone amp"; RCA out from my May DAC, and straight into HD650 (I would've used XLR and then balanced cables into HD650, but I use XLRs for my amp). Sounds much better than anything I heard up to AU$2000-3000 - sans the bass drive, of course... However, the bass is still there - just not as prominent as it would've been with an amp. Everything else is just utter&pure bliss.

Hi Oleg,
Are you saying these pcb's are made on a CNC mill? Can we see more pics?
Cheers!
Good day
Welcome!!!
Dear if u use CNC you need more time for soldering :))
Fabric PCBs is better but need wait long time for shipping. Anyway if you hand soldering of board roads you have chances to change solder components and this better for Fabric boards because you do not have any information about solder parts in fabric :)))

I commercially make Guitar speakers and amps, have a small factory, and *always*invested in machinery.

First for supplier independence, doing most stuff "in house" is great, but even better because every single one was "free" because they self pay after some time.

Congratulations again.

All correct!!!
Cost of make board by CNC and fabric is different :))
But many peoples ask about fabric boards with masks and silk print and he not think about sound :))
In my headamp CNC boards have better sound :))
Fabric boards little smooth sound
I think this happened because use different materials :))
