OK... in an effort to measure how mine modeled vs. the given Yellowplay design, I modeled their design and reran the simulation.
From the design it would appear the thinner box is helping. At least that is what I think is happening (or maybe I blew the numbers somewhere). Anyway I'll recheck tomorrow.
