C5 is far too small. It must be sized so that the high pass action of Ri2 and Ci act as the bandwidth limiting filter.
for 2u2F & 20k use C3>=62uF (68uF or 75uF or 100uF).
for 4u7F & 20k use C3>=133uF (150uF or 180uF). This is my preference.
Add an RF filter to the input.
Somewhere between 330pF and 1nF should match the 1k0 you have for Ri

Panasonic FC capacitors (2200uf and 1000uf) will order this 2 values so i can compare it.

not lucky with Caddock, (ar least where im searching). I found some Vishy, are not good like caddock right?
