Reproduce a warmer sound than the TDA1540.The production is divided into four parts. The first audio source part uses Bluetooth, USB, CS8412-coaxial input, the second format conversion, uses pure NOS working mode, does not use any filter chips, and the third uses oversized DAC audio MP1936. The fourth part is the power supply part.

The TDA1540 may be one of the most popular DACs currently. Let me make it today. This time, the pure NOS structure is still used. Modular design. Up to 5 PCBs are required to complete the production. The first audio source motherboard with USB COMBO384 interface, Bluetooth CSR8675, CS8412 coaxial input. The second pure NOS format motherboard is compatible with TDA1541, but TDA1541 requires Simultaneous mode. The third DAC circuit with electronic tubes. 12AX7 compatible pins can be installed, such as 12AU7 and 12AT7. The fourth TDA1540 power supply is compatible with TDA1541, and you only need to change -15V to -17V to connect to TDA1541. Many DIY friends want to have a machine made with UltraAnalog D20400. But the internal controller M72H035 has also been discontinued. There is no way to find him. The D20400 module in my machine is broken. I opened it. Now using digital gate circuits, D20400 can be remade. Only 8*100 ohm resistors need to be very precise. The design still adopts a modular assembly method. This production process requires 4 PCBs to complete. The sound source motherboard adopts CS8412 coaxial input, CSR8675 Bluetooth input, USB combo384 input,and the format motherboard has removed SM5803 and adopts pure NOS mode. The decoding motherboard is made of gate circuit and DAC7541, with a precision adjustable power supply.
