I am replacing the mosfets in my hybrid power amp. The originals are 10n16 & 10p16 Exicons. I can replace them with the same mosfets, or with the 20p series (for about 2x the price) or buz900/905 for a little more than the 10n/p's. I would like to know whether there will be any sonic advantage in deviating from the originals? (I will not have the luxury of being able to match them.)
