I don't know of any simple method per se to calc the port for any vented alignment. My 'simple' method is to use a 'simple' box program to calc the minimum low port noise diameter and length with the understanding that in a MLTL it will be too long due to the cab's 1/4 WL pipe loading of it. AFAIK there's only a few box programs that can calc a 'close enough' correct length, with MJK's MathCad software being the easiest/cheapest of them.
Anyway, the Jordan 48" MLTL is a half space max flat alignment tuned to ~40 Hz:
