can someone recommend an SMD (SMT?) alternative to the MJE340/350 BJTs? Current is not an issue and colling will be done by board-mounting .

PS: I'm going to develop an amp inspired by A.E. Holton's symmetrical MOSFET-Amplifier, so that's what they are intended for...

Especially: are they (for whatever reason) NOT suited as drivers in the amp?
