From the system's requirements in terms of software (net3.5/flash/air), I doubt that anybody would be able to run a miniDSP plug-in on their phone (99% sure actually to be correct)...
While a neat feature, varying screen resolution, control over ethernet, USB stack not always common across phone OS would make it quite a bit challenge on the technical side..
