Let me know what exactly you want to have translated (the whole article?).
I have the original article here (actually the whole series of those great magazines) and I would be pleased to read (and translate at the same time) it once more.
By the way, Norway is beautiful (as I already knew) but oh so expensive for tourists...

Is that article from the same Jacques Mahul of Jmlabs/Focal fame?
No
(strange maybe )
Are you sure about that? I thought it was. It uses a Focal driver.
Just FYI, my old buddy Gerard Chretien who wrote for the Audiophile Revue and Revue du Son went on to be president of Focal.
Pano : obviously I was typing in the same moment as Rob.My answer was ment for Salectric´s question.
Gm : when it comes to loudspeakers I am a newbee. It´s easier to get the points with some "kjøtt på beinet " that means some text along with the formulaes.
I`m honestly interested in the considerations that led to the different Onken`s

Is that "meat with bones....."?
The article is by Jacques Mahul.
When interested, I have all Onken related articles in the original magazines.
Could scan, translate them is a bit too much

Oh,ha! Good one.
Pieter: more like meat on the bones, as I have spent the evening preparing "pinnekjøtt" for christmas the expression was in the air so to say.
Hopefully you enjoyed the mountains of Norway during your vacation here.
Thanks for your scanning offer. To much to ask for,Maybe is all the articles to find on the web if one know the titles...

Look at this, with a link to the Petite Onken article:

The article for the Petit is where the math starts. The original was just a "It works, build it like this" article.
Hmm, don't know if JM's 12-79 article is where it starts, but it predates the Petit with pages of early T/S theory, charts, plotted responses that's the basis of what was to come.
