For tweeter PA-D44 Paudio spec sheet say 30W@ 1 khz, 50W@ 2 khz.
Can this be applied to midrange speakers?
The speaker Fs is 55hz and manufacturer claim that it is rated for 300 Watts.
If i use it in sealed box & Fs (with hp filter) as 150 hz, will the power handling change?

1) Post the midrange specs and model, otherwise it's a guessing game.
