Re: most mosfet can work on 1MHz
Fumac,
I am refering to WHAT mosfet you are using...
If you have not noticed it, I already have a working UCD type amp..

u can read the datasheet, most of them were tested on 1Mhz
the correct type that i'm using ,i can't tell u sorry for that.
the hi-freq pwm,not just depend on fets,
the hold sch, the design of pcb,the return,etc..
a tips: look at class-d amp as a nomal amp...
i'll post the pic of freq-respont , plus-res, osc,etc..
perhaps,the pic of pcb
it is a hard work , because i'm not a full menber
i'm a newb here, and my english not well,
i dont(hard to ) understand the rules of this form

Bender.ru
wellcome
pls read page6 of philips
it print: fPWM PWM frequency idle ~ 400 kHz
i driver it up to 600k WITH IT
i cant driverup to 1.2MHZ with PHILIPS SCH
but i can up to 1.2mhz with my sch
not one place diffrent
Care to show a scheme?
IVX Seems it's a really nice technique to avoid royalty, just take up switching -BINGO!
-----------
hi ivx
not just take up the switching,
but it's a right way(phps not just i think)
classd_fromru
frequency is not important, patented only RC elements in feedback
====
i dont think so
the feedback not just for freq
RX5

my english is not well , i cant read u Accurate
i noticed good job!

Helou, IVX, my respect. Didn't see you on vegalab for a long time.
Fumac, philips patented principle, but you talk only about switcing freq...it's not correctly.
Maybe if you tell us little more about your shematics and difference, all question will be closed.
ps: this thread like Bryton in USA..
