Have you looked at Rod Elliot's site? His method is easy. There are many other ways, as a search here will show.
My Thoughts
If you have the time to learn, a few tools and some parts from RadioShack. Try this

audio tester software
Hi, I used Audio Tester (www.audiotester.de) to measure my speakers T-S parameters, was very easy. 2 measures, one at free air and one with an extra weight on the speaker.
The program works for 30 days (demo version) and uses the output and input on the soundcard of the pc, an extra 10 ohm resistor, some cables and the extra weight, the PC plots the frecuency response and then calculates the T-S parameters.
Give it a try... good luck
