I was wondering if the published ts are right-off-the-assembly-line, or if they determine typical broken-in values and publish those. Also wondering if ts parameters stablize or continue to drift indefinitely. Personally, I would prefer to have broken-in ts params from the manufacturer.

Not sure why they'd want to fudge, but from my understanding, they do. Published t/s specs are often off by large amounts - sometimes up to 50%.
As far as I know peerless have had some problems with T/S parameters over the years but now they have sorted it all out. From what I have heard the HDS series are pretty accurate.
Oh good its the one with the phase plug. I have used this driver with a SS d2905/95 tweeter with very good results. I just used the t/s from peerless for the box and its worked fine.
