Tony.
You may have problems with LM4040 starting up if you do it exactly like that. LM4040 needs certain drain current before it can hold at 2.5V.
Hi Guy,
I am working on my mic also. But I don't have the Panasonic electret mic module. I tried three other I have on hand. I tested them with two speakers and found that they generally dip somewhat around 15KHz. But I can't 100% for sure on this as I don't have anything I can use to check and calibrate the mic modules.
My dump question is have any of you had successful story with other make. Even with Panasonic mic, how do you verify that you are getting a mic with flat response?
Thanks.
