Mmmm. They seem quite costy, more than 2 euro for relatively larqe qtys. in Digikey. Having in mind that you need 2 and that you need also a driver for the mosfets (these don't produce enough output current to drive a gate fast enough)... that leads to a quite expensive solution.
From my experience, gate drive transformers cost about that same, but they can drive the mosfets themselves, working very good. In the worst case, your PWM chip may need a buffer to drive the primary.
