Guys
I have my Yorkville Unitys where I want them in terms of sound (DEQX controlled, actively triamped), but really want to try foam plugs in them. I can get 13" cubes of 30ppi foam for $75 each from Swiss Tropicals.
The Unity horn is 15" in diameter and is ~11" deep. How can I "massage" the cube shape into an appropriately shaped cone?
Thanks for any and all tips! I'd be happy to buy a pair of the 13" cubes for someone if they can turn my pair into cones for me!

What Paul said. You can get an electric kitchen knife for $10 and it won't melt the edges like a hot knife. A beard trimmer will smooth up the rough edges.Electric carving knife and a beard trimmer
