I have one of these and you can't beat the price. It easily brings the stylus and any debris into focus .
It also has 2 LEDs

I picked up a generic eraser sponge at the grocery store (couldn't find Mister Clean) that seems to do an adequate job of cleaning up my old Acutex M310IIE cartridge from the 70s. The needle doesn't exhibit shoulders under a microscope, but the tip might be blunted. I'm going to dig out the replacement needle an see how it compares. I may try pressing this cartridge back into service.
