I made a jig to resize the highly variable thickness biscuits turn out to be at point of use. A recess the thickness of the cutter and just larger than the profile of the #20 wafer. Then just plop in, run a rasp over it, done. My rasp of choice is for horseshoeing. A great tool, hardened to munch mild steel such as 18 ga brads. Look for a dead flat one.
