Pretty much perfect copy of official headphone amp circuit published in LME49600 datasheet, one gain stage , DC servo, ( LME49720 HA) buffer stage ( LME49600). Only assembled and tested. IMHO these work great; as a headphone amp ( also with 2 X 9V batteries) or line preamplifier stage.

Two boards available, price for one 20 USD + shipping. (Free shipping for regular letter, 6 USD priority/ tracking.
