my version of LM4702 based amp - sounds fantastic
if You want smaller dc offset add capacitors in rail to 1K resistors

LM4702 is high end chip but need good power end

To get the bias to work (if driving lateral mosfets) you have to sink some current from the sink output of the LM4702.
