The 6SN7's sound terrific!

I ended up putting together a ( 12 volt ) bucking transformer to knock down the line voltage a little. My line voltage can run as high as 128 v and a low of 123 v which is way above the recommended 115 v.

Now with the line voltage running lower I'm curious if I can raise the KT88's bias a little bit higher than the recommended .55v to .65v? Well maybe that's getting a little greedy!:D

And your right about us being close to each other. I'm in Plymouth. And I might take you up on meeting some local tub-o-philes someday. Sounds like it would be a great education and experience.:cheerful:
