The thread will almost certainly be BSW (British Standard Whitworth), which was pretty much universal in British engineered products at the time these were made. It should be easy to obtain a nut of the correct thread from eBay or Namrick - The Nut & Bolt Store

Do you think BSW, or could it be BSF, halftone? BSW is used on larger bolts... I found one such thread on my box trailer last week (Au Metricated in 1976, but Imperial threads are still around, alas:)). It was 1/2" BSW and it took some searching through old junk to find a match. Either way, it shouldn't be hard to find correct nuts in UK (of course Toopy is in Netherlands, which is just down the road, to an Australian, in distance terms!).

At last, I manage to make some pictures of the cross-over and I also made the drawing or at least what I understand of it (see PDF file at the end) and that's where I need your help.
One side being weaker than the other, I guess I have to change some parts of these croos-over.
For one, the two brown components in serie look to me like resistances but I am not sure, they definetly need to be changed. And then what I have called "black coil" might be a transformer and my drawing of it might be wrong.
The capacitors look good to me but....
You guys swimm with ease in all this, what shall I do ?

The cut should be at 900Hz with the original tweeters but with the Audax HDM 8NP it might be different. Here is a PDF file of the HDM 8ND :
