Hy there everybody.I'm a total newbie and because in my contry it's very hard and expensive to get a 15" LCD monitor and than have the courage to dissensamble it , I am trying to find other ways for this part.A friend of mine has a 14,1 laptop screen for a Compaq Armada 7800.It has some cables coming out of it , but i don't think it will do.I attatched some pictures to see what i am talking about.Will it be possible to use it?Is there some way to adapt it and to have it powered and with video signal?
Other option includes taking a rather old laptop from a friend and taking it's display with all it;s needed.The thing is that i think that it's only a 12" display with a 800x600.Will I do anythig good with it?
