Bought some parts from them, not a lot and not an expensive order. Received a few parts that were out of tolerance, not SonicCraft's fault. Send 'em an email and they rally the troops with follow-up emails, calls at night after hours and make it right quick. They spent hours fixing an issue for a part that costs pennies.
Crazy. Those guys are serious and take what they sell seriously.
