They usually interchange fine in class A amps, and looking at the specs of your amp on their site, my guess is it's not a problem.

I just hope your amp isn't too critical of what tubes it takes...
The Tung-Sols are certainly amongst the top 3 6550s I ever heard and are getting rather hard to come by.
Not that I want to publicise this too much...

Nah. If I need to adjust compensation, I can probably manage. And I tend to use lowish grid resistors anyway, just for idle current stability over time; I'm a lazy guy.
