Without the outputs being in the circuit, you'll need to leave the pin 3 jumper in place.

If 3 and 8 are at ground, I think it's likely defective.

This is an open collector comparator and must have a pullup resistor. R231? What voltage do you see on the two terminals of R230 and R231?

Confirm that pins 3 and 8 are at ground.

I don't have one at the moment, on Monday I will try to get one at the store and check if it is damaged and pins 3 and 8 are grounded. I will upload if it worked, Diodes 205 and 206 are connected directly through the cathodes to pins 7 and 12, I will check if they are not leaking, I hope you have a good night

Bear in mind that I'm not familiar with this later LM361 circuit. You could be replacing a perfectly good IC if some sort of protection circuit is being engaged. When PapaZBill gets time to visit the forum, he could guide you more definitively in the repair.

Very good, I hope you can guide me, today I tried placing the fets in their place and the one thing I got is that it will try to turn on repeatedly, I discovered that pin 16 of the tl494 goes high and that voltage is sent by transistors q7 and q8, I guess something is malfunctioning in the driver card and send it to protection.
