Solder a bridge between legs 1 and 2 of U11. Post the voltage on pin 3 of the LM361.

Solder a bridge between legs 1 and 2 of U11. Post the voltage on pin 3 of the LM361.

Followed the above steps and here are the results. All voltages are the highest values right before protection mode, as soon as the amp relays engage and light goes green it kicks right into protect.

Do you still have the jumper from pad 11 to ground?

No I didn't have the jumper hooked up then, It slipped my mind.

These numbers are with the bridge on U11 pins 1&2 and Jumper from pin 11

Do you have a scope?

If not, measure the AC (not DC) voltage on pads 3 and 4 for the LM361. Post the voltage on those two pads.

I was hoping to see a bit more voltage on pin 4. It may be that your meter doesn't have a wide enough bandwidth to read the signal. To see how your meter handles high frequency signals, measure the AC voltage on pins 5 and 9 of the TL494 in the power supply.
