Hello, and Happy Holidays to all.
I have the kx500.2 amp that was cutting out. I goofed by letting the DMM probe slip between the legs of a PS FET. I removed the 1 FET that shorted, and now when I supply power to the amp it does not turn on.
FETs Q15 and Q 16 looks to have overheated but no damaged to the board or trace.
The amp is not blowing any fuses, just won't power up. Can anyone explain what is going with this amp? Ps. I.m using a 7.5a power line fuse.
