After 18 months, reading diyAudio threads, articles and
books of all well known audio gurus
(Pass,,Curl,Slone,Hiraga,Stochino,...) ,and examining all
kind of circuits and topologies, I finally designed my
own compatibile audio system.
The work wasn`t easy at all! My knowlege of solid state
amplifiers was pour(still learning), and I spent days and
nighhts simulating all kind of circuits and building two
ab-class standard amplifiers...
The "Construction ONE" system is actually my version of
class-a single-ended mosfet source-follower (used for
current amplification) and current-feedback high-speed
preamplifier (used for voltage amplification).
I would like to hear your comments about this circuits
I`ve designed before I start pcb construction.
The simulation results:
Current amplifier:
Q9, Q10: 4.89mA
driver stage: 58.8mA
power stage: each IRFP240: 2.8A
each IRFP250: 4.2A
THD: 0.00293%
Input:10.59Vrms
Output power 30W
Voltage amplifier:
Input stage: 2mA
VAS:5.4mA
Output stage:30mA
Input voltage for full output stage power:700.6Vrms
simulation result of slew rate: 214V/uS

you didn`t read the thread ,I think...
I was asking, what do you think about the circuits and should I change somthing to improve it...
Question for a power follower: would it be better to bias the driver stage (MJE 15030) with the simple ressistor and does ccs improves something in this case.
